The breakfast offered plenty of options and was freshly prepared and savory. Loved the room with a view, my bed was especially good. All the staff was extremely helpful and professional, settled my issues.

I booked an executive queen room with nice views and huge windows, the location was marvelous near a cute cafe.

I had a king room and it was very good sized and brand-new on level 7. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and terry dressing gowns were a plus. The hotel's position was comfortable and handy, near the boats, Newstead House, Breakfast Creek Venue, Portside and Racecourse Rd and the ferry.

The room had blinds and an iron, a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was delicious, especially for vegetarians.

The family king room I had was soundproof and reasonably priced. Got a savoury and enjoyable breakfast included.

The location was central, incredible on the river bank. Moreover, it was not far from good pubs, bars and breweries in Newstead, local cafe / restaurants, and the airport via kingsford smith road. I loved staying here, the breakfast was savoury even for vegetarians.

It made my trip to Brisbane such a great experience. The room was soundproof and unique. The hotel was clean. The location was great for Brisbane, just off Brisbane for concerts or pre-flight accommodation. The Hamilton district was worth visiting.

I stay there regularly with work and found that because I booked this as a family get away that your staff did not recognise this a bit disappointing. However the rooms are lovely and the location next to the River is great. Your staff are fantastic.

Cannot open a window and air con too cold and your mini bar prices are nothing more than a rip off $7.50 for cashews give me a break. Get real guys.

The property is pleasant, it has very very nice staff who went above-&-beyond in service. Overall the room is soundproof, unique and includes blinds, an iron, and a carpet. Private bathroom is clean. The hotel is set in a great location short walk to Hamilton nearby as well as Brisbane. And it's by Breakfast Creek. When I am in Brisbane, I like staying here.
